I have been riding since I can remember starting from western and then quickly making the transition to English. I started in the hunter/jumper and equitation ring and then finally making the switch to Eventing in 2005. I was a working student for top event rider Emily Beshear and I have continue taking lesson from her for many years. I now run my own training operation in Kansas at CHAPS Equestrian Center. I have had much success with my partners Wondaree Merlin and Wondaree Barger. I have had multiple wins at the preliminary and Intermediate levels including Area IX Champion at the Intermediate and Preliminary level in 2008. The Following year I started off the year with a win in the Intermediate division at The Fork and made the move up to Advanced with Wondaree Merlin. The two of us had a great first outing at Fair Hill and then finished off the year with a 3rd at the 2009 American Eventing Championships at the Intermediate division. I was Area IV Rider of the year in 2009 as well as ranked 5th in the nation for overall young rider of the year. This year I have goals to move Wondaree Barger up to Advanced and to go to a CCI* with my off the track thoroughbred Buenos Aires.

"Merlin took me from Training to Advanced and I believe he wouldn't of stayed sound without the Revitavet Therapy system. He had a bone chip in his knee which lead to arthritis and with 15 minutes a day of infrared light therapy the inflammation in his knee would go down and Merlin would be sound and ready to go."
