Willy Arts

Willy ArtsDressage trainer and rider, Willy Arts was born in province of Gelderland, Holland, was raised in a very "horse-oriented" area.  He started riding ponies when he was very young, and moved up to horses at the age of 12.  Arts has a long and varied career in horses.  He even participated in the sport of vaulting.  Arts started his own school at age 18, and by the time he was 21, he had moved to a large breeding farm in Holland where he showed yearlings and stallions in competitions.

"I've been involved with breeding all my life, and started teaching Pony-Clubs, etc. when I was about 12 years old, I went to school on riding and instruction for 4 years.   These classes were held locally, once or twice a week.  When I was 16, I started full-time work at a riding school in my home town," said Willy.
Willy moved to the US in 1984, and started at the DG Bar Ranch, in Hanford California, where he has managed their breeding, training and sales.  His talent for working with young horses appeared early in his equestrian career and it's a talent that has been grown over the years. Today, Arts is one of the top young horse trainers and riders in the U.S.

Arts has qualified horses to compete in the National Young Horse Championships. With Waterloo Se, he earned the 2007 national championship title for four-year-old horses. In fact, in 2007, he qualified three young horses to compete in the national championships. This year, Arts has been sweeping the Six-Year-Old competitions with the Dutch Warmblood mare Valeska DG. He and Valeska have even earned themselves an invitation to the World Young Horse Championships, scheduled to be held in Verden, Germany this summer.

Testimonial

“DG Bar Ranch is proud to promote RevitaVet’s IR2.  We feel that this product is safe and easy to use with on horses and people with no veterinary assistance required.
Although we have not been using RevitaVet for very long we have been pleased with the results so far. We feel that this product really helps the healing process and works even better to prevent future problems.“

Stephanie Hamar a long time student of Willy Arts and DG Bar Ranch has used the RevitaVet IR2 on her injured knees.  She says: “After the first use the pain was significantly decreased and by the third treatment it was completely gone and has not returned with consistent use of RevitaVet.”
